GETTING STARTED AT OUR HARRISONBURG OFFICE
OUR PROCESS IS SIMPLE, JUST DOWNLOAD THE FORMS USING BOTH BUTTONS BELOW, PRINT THE FORMS & BRING THEM TO YOUR INITIAL EXAM AT OUR CHIROPRACTIC CLINIC.
To book an appointment, please use the button at the top of any page on this site and submit the form. Or, you can call our Harrisonburg office directly and make an appointment for the first available time at 540-434-8962.
Print out the chiropractic care forms and fill them out completely. The more information you provide, the better your chances of us helping you would be. You will be required to bring copies of all laboratory tests, x-ray, MRI, and CT scans that have been performed. If you don’t provide them to us at the time of examination it will delay determining if we can accept for chiropractic care.
When you come for the consultation and examination this is what you can expect:
We will perform a functional neurological and functional /mechanical examination focused specifically on your particular condition. We will assess your whole body oxygen saturation and delivery capability. Oxygen is the key to recovery and is the fuel that drives repair. We will perform a sensory nerve conduction test to determine the degree of nerve activity you have lost. A review of your health records will be performed.
If we find that you are a candidate for our Knee, Lower Back Pain, or Plantar Fasciitis Recovery Programs, we fully explain the exam findings in detail and answer your questions as well as discuss financials with you and your spouse. You will then receive a treatment session specific to your exam findings. If you show a positive response and improvement then you will be accepted for care. If there is no positive response then you will not be accepted for our care plan.
In the case of Peripheral Neuropathy, because it is a more complex condition, additional testing may be required before a determination of whether you would benefit from our care plan could be made.
